Legal tax reporting regulations are more and more complex and numerous for financial institutions.

TaxaForm is a Swiss company based in the Vaud canton, set up in 2011. It provides its competencies and expertise to banks and other financial institutions in the fields of advisory, training and development of tax reporting solutions regarding QI, FATCA, CRS, tax statements and tax reclaim.

The founder, Patricia Lang, had a long experience in the development and implementation of tax reporting software solutions for the banking sector in Switzerland and Europe, acquired within an international advisory company.
